Once you place an order, our technician visits your preferred location (home or office) to install the tracking device. The installation takes about 30 to 45 minutes. The tracker is placed covertly inside the dashboard or engine compartment, making it invisible and tamper-proof.
No. Our devices feature an intelligent sleep mode. When the vehicle is parked and engine turned off, the tracker goes into low-power standby mode and only sends heartbeats periodically. It wakes up instantly when vibration or ignition is detected, ensuring zero battery drain.
Yes. The remote engine lock (immobilizer relay) option allows you to cut off fuel supply or ignition via the app. For safety reasons, it is recommended to trigger this engine lock only when the vehicle is stationary or moving at very low speeds.
Our premium GPS hardware contains an internal backup battery. If a thief cuts the primary vehicle battery wires, the tracker remains active for up to 24 hours on its backup power and triggers an immediate "Main Power Disconnection Alert" notification on your phone.
